7th signing of the summer is Brendan Galloway

(Argyle have completed the signing of former Everton and Luton Town defender Brendan Galloway on a short-term deal until January.)

welcome to him i guess. I truly hope now Ryan gets a wing back who can play on the right and strengthen the options upfront and in the middle of midfield before he declares himself done in the transfer market.

Craske and Shirley seem to be Ryan's new pet projects in the first team squad despite them both being YTS for an extra year due to covid restrictions so with those two included aswell on top of the 3 needed we should have a squad with great strength and depth to cover all scenarios.

A cautious short term deal, I guess factoring in injury issues.

Could he be Argo's most injured signing ever?

He had a good 15/16 season with 15 Prem appearances for Everton but not an awful lot since with various subsequent clubs.

What seems apparent is that (bar injuries) his footballing ability would have him playing at a much higher level than Argyle. If, IF he can stay fit, he’ll be a cracking addition. Short term deal negates any risk.

It's a difficult one, not sure if it would have been better to say fook it and give him a year otherwise if he's really firing all through to Christmas we could lose him to a rival for nothing.
