University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust announced it would run a walk-in session this evening, between 9.30pm and 11pm
University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust issued a statement on its social media channels, inviting anyone who is eligible for the vaccine to attend the mass vaccination centre tonight.
It is the first time walk-in appointments have been advertised at Home Park and anyone eligible can attend between 9.30pm and 11pm today, Tuesday June 15.

It comes as the drive to get all adults their first dose of a vaccine has been ramped up, with appointments opened up to people aged 23 and 24.
Sir Simon Stevens, chief executive of NHS England, said that all those over the age of 18 should be able to book for a vaccination “by the end of this week”.
The post on the UHP Facebook page states that there are appointments available later in the week, which can be booked via the National Booking System.

The post reads: "Covid vaccination update from Home Park - please share as widely as possible:
"As the age of those who can receive a Covid vaccine has now lowered to 23, Home Park will be running a walk in session this evening (Tuesday 15 June) between 21:30 and 23:00.
"Please bring proof of age.
There will be a separate queue for the walk-ins and those who have booked and we ask for your understanding if we are unable to vaccinate you, as appointments during this time will be limited.
