In less than 3 months has he gone from Man-of-the-Match and Player-of the-Month performances and his Manager saying he's
worth a seven figure fee, to warming his arse watching his team struggle to get a shot on target?

What's the problem-attitude, distractions, clash of personality?

And what is he/the club going to do about it?

Why don't you contact Ryan Lowe and ask him?

He got real talent and is a natural goal scorer, but his head is probably full of gobbledigook nonsense following a season of bogus coaching from the scouse Pep.

he has the talent and the natural instincts up front but his fitness levels are awful and he is out of sorts when he isnt on the ball. On top of the fact he doesnt look interested and teams are clearly setting up to keep him quite and if you have 16 goals to your name thats natural.

He has alot of ground work to do and develop a partnership that works for him as Ennis isnt that guy hes a total different type of striker and Hardie is in the same boat as Jephcott in terms of he hasnt played well at all this season.

If Lowe wasn't so stubborn Mayor, Hardie, Grant and Camara could have lobbed balls into the box and Jeppers would be on twenty plus, he was simply marked out of the game once our tippy tappy style was sussed out. Without his goals we'd be down with the 'Dale.

Jephcott looks like he’s blowing out of his arse after the first half of most games he’s played in.

Jephcott is simply not a modern day footballer - an athlete. What he did possess early on in the season was a canny knack of being in the right place, right time, in the six yard box. He’s shown he can be a finisher, but barren spells happen to a lot of strikers. Look at Timo Werner.
