The Charity Commission report is still online though, and there's not a whole lot he can do about that. I don't imagine he'd actually sue anyone, because of the inevitable can of worms that would be opened by Barristers for any defendant. |

The first and only item any lawyer would ask to be produced would be the email from an unknown source saying the ground was worth 6 million. At the point job done I would suspect as to if anyone was being 'misled'. A totally self righteous and cowardly act calling in the lawyers. |

| Well... If Stapes is reluctant to sue because of the 'can of worms' being opened, why has the Herald lost its balls and pulled the story?
