It's amazing that anything gets done these day at all we have two deeply divided parties, arguing in a deeply divided commons, overseen by a totally out of touch house of lords. And let's not forget the thousands of law suits they have to fight every year in the name of democracy filed by the solicitors who are the only ones doing well out of all this carnage.

I see Canada agreed in principle a trade deal with the UK from Jan 1st along the lines of what they have with the eu until they can negotiate a new deal next year.

Obviously not news worthy for some.

First two issues relate to "trust" in Johnson. We can hardly blame the EU in light of his constant proven lying left right and centre, time after time

Surely they can overcome that hurdle FFS.....remember the hedge fund shorts  

Which leaves the sole issue of Fishing. Are we really going to shoot ourselves in the foot (more than we already have) for an industry that makes up just 0.7% of the issue

Whatever way it goes there will be perverse non pleasure in watching the catastrophic meltdown after 1st January of which I'm disgusted that I enabled
Only twice in life have I had bitter regrets. Keeping my mouth shut 10 years ago was one but am not sure that enabling Brexit doesn't come out on top

You're too stupid to realise that the original reason Brexit went through was over immigration a subject long long forgotten. (Oh and red buses with £350 million a week to the NHS written on the side)

Nobody but nobody voted to shaft ourselves financially for decades to come for ourselves and our children.....you of all people who claims to have holiday homes for rent must now understand the angst amongst holiday homes owned by Brits in Europe who now find themselves totally fvcked as regards staying in them

Well I guess we’re all a bit stupid but it’s a bit rich being called that by a bona fide liar.

The biggest Brexit lie of all time is that it's all about immigration I have always argued that we will need EU fruit and veg pickers here because they are better than us at is and most of the UK are bone idle and hate physical work.
My main stand has always been an anti globalisation one, less food miles, stop killing the planet by making everything we consume overseas and at the top of the list EU corruption and many layered beaurocracy stealing billions of pounds a year from us to pay them.
I remember Macron wailing about saving the rain forest one week then next week signing the MERCOSAUR trade deal that basically means that Brazillian farmers will clear millions more hectares of rainforest to provide us with beef which has been inoculated against foot and mouth disease, pumped full of antibiotics and growth hormones just like the American stuff and we will pay our farmers to look after Beavers and stuff. You would have to be stupid to approve of that.
As for the £350m a week on the red bus bus you'd have to be stupid to deny it actually is a real figure that we pay to the EU each and every week, it then goes through many many dirty hands and they give us about half of it back in grants.
It's only all about immigration if you refuse to listen to the opposing sides argument.
