CrawleyManager – John Yems Following the departure of Gabriele Cioffi as manager, Crawley turned John Yems as their new boss, having previously worked as a caretaker-manager for the club in 2006. Yems then spent a year as assistant manager at Exeter City and also worked as a scout for Torquay United. As well as further scouting roles, Yems enjoyed six years as football operations manager with AFC Bournemouth. They're in the top five but those are the ones you want to play. You go down there, they've got a lovely pitch, and they're nice people. I spent a lot of time down there. With my Exeter connection I'll probably get a bit of stick for but that's what it's all about. If you can't look forward to going down there then you shouldn't be playing football Crawley have been allocated 124 tickets in the Barn Park stand for our fixture against Argyle on the 28th January 2020. This includes 20 family tickets and 2 pairs of wheelchair & PA tickets. One set of fans travel plansWe have booked and paid for the rooms at the Hotel in Plymouth We will leave the stadium at 10.30am for the trip down and will have a stop at some point for something to eat and drink, although you will have to pay for your own. We aim to arrive at the Hotel for about 4.00pm to book-in. We will depart on the Wednesday morning at about 9.30am for the journey home ArgyleThe main talking point in the build up to the Crawley game, who will be in the starting lime up, I did not think Tyreeq Bakinson was at his best in the role he was given in the Stevenage game. Josh Grant was back in his own position in the holding middle field role and it suited him better, Will Ryan play both this Tuesday? Anther decision is between Luke Jephcott and Ryan Hardie, who would you pick? Telford is back in full training, will he be on the bench tomorrow? I think the heavy ground at Crawley was the reason why he was left out of the squad. If Danny Mayor was saved from getting a kicking in that game, if that was the reason he never play anther game again. He not moving on isn't he? (NO deviating from the thread) Going for a 3 - nil win

| Mayor off now is he?
Mayor was dropped last week cause we needed steel in the midfield not glamour which worked. If he doesnt play tonight it will be because hes not needed in the game or simply lowe wants him to earn his spot back which wouldn't be a bad idea.
Id keep the same 11 personally, Jephcott needs to shine a bit brighter tonight as i dont know how long Lowe will keep Hardie out of the starting 11 when hes in rich form. |

| I disagree Angry. Crawley will sit very deep and Mayor will be a key player in unlocking that defense. Away from home on shitty pitches it doesn't always suit Mayors strengths. Tonight he will be needed. |

I'd piss myself if Mayor is off. I doubt it myself but if he was it would be normal service for Argyle January window business. |

Yep. I think Mayor didn’t start on Saturday with tonight in mind. Squad rotation. Lowes a League 2 Klopp. |

I do think it's more to do with rotation like others have said than i do with him moving on but i would never rule that out with argyle. As you say cause its something they would do at the last minute. |

| If we win, we will pass Luggy's magical 52 point mark so will be very unlikely to be relegated I would start Mayor, we need to break down Crawley, and need Mayor's ability to create space for others. Jephcott possibly needs to score, or there will be calls for Hardie to start (although his pace is good in the latter stages against tired defenders). |

| Could you see Telford and Hardie coming on together with 20 mins to go? that would send their backs into a daze. |

| I'd start Hardie over Jephcott. 3 goals from three sub appearances deserves a starting slot. |

| Id wouldn’t make no chances I’d keep as it is! Even though hardie deserves & earnt his chance but I also think the role his playing at the moment as a impact sub has benifited the team as a whole so I’d keep it as it for the time being them last 20 minutes his come on and lifted the team each time when they have become a bit flat in the last quarter of some games ...plus he will get his chance there’s. Gunna be injury’s no doubt along the way but the role his playing as I said benifits the team as a whole |
