| I spend absolutely hours playing "Railroad Tycoon II" during which I have to name trains, I try to keep in alphabetical order so I can remember where I am at. Some have place names such as "Torbay Express" "Bristolian" etc also "Mayflower", "Golden Hind" and the like. What I need is some good alphabetical names so I can have Western ???, so far I have Accord and Arrow for A, and Beacon, Bounty and Brave for B. Any suggestions for other names I can use. especially need I words, only have Icon at the moment. But any suggestions welcomed. |

Westerns Downthetrack would have had one of those on the Golden Hind circ 1970-1975 I spent my 49th birthday behind D1010 Western Campaigner on The West Somerset Railway in 2010, for an old girl herself of 48, she performed faultlessly, 2 round trips, totalling 80 miles |

Westerns Thanks, just the job, why didn't I think of doing that. Pete, the problem you have here is, these are locomotive names, and not train names. Train names such as Golden Hind, Wessex Belle, The Flying Scotsman, the Aberdonian, Cornish Riviera etc.... were pulled by these locomotives, or in the case of The Flying Scotsman & The Aberdonian these wee beasties >>>>>>> http://www.railblue.com/Class%20Headers%20v2.0/class_55V.2.htm Also to confuse you more, there was of course both a locomotive, and a train, named The Flying Scotsman Here to be both per Dan & Dick

Then shouldn't you be on "Railroad Tycoon II", trying to catch up, rather than on here ps if you do run out of names.... the Westerns, initially 100 were ordered, I can let you have the 26 locomotive names, that were not used, just ask |
