| Be nice to win the game and get to round two, and maybe, draw a half decent Premier League team/decent Championship side at home.
No idea as to what side Lowe will put out, possibly fringe players and a scattering of first team players. Shame Grant picked up a niggle - put him down to score against Leyton - , so can't see him playing now.

| it would make sense to give the fringe players a run out..not worth taking a risk on certain first teamers getting injured surely |

| Our record in this competition must be among the worst from all 4 divisions. Surely our luck must change soon. |

| Ryan Lowe has insisted he wants Plymouth Argyle to get as far as they possibly can in the Carabao Cup.
The Pilgrims’ boss plans to ‘go as strong as we can’ with his team selection for the first round tie against Leyton Orient at Home Park on Tuesday (7.45pm).
Lowe will not be making wholesale changes, like many lower division EFL managers do at this early stage of the competition and of the season.
However, there could be a call-up for 19-year-old goalkeeper Mike Cooper, who has been the back-up to Alex Palmer for the first couple of League Two games.
Before the campaign began, Lowe stated that whoever was the second choice ‘keeper was likely to play in the Carabao Cup tie against Orient.
Cooper has made three appearances for Argyle in his young career, although two of them have been as a substitute due to injury.
His only start came in a 5-0 Checkatrade Trophy defeat by Chelsea Under-21s at Home Park last October.
Another possible change could see Byron Moore partnered by a new striker up front.
Joel Grant was substituted in the first half of the 1-0 home League Two victory over Colchester United on Saturday due to a hamstring injury.
Dom Telford was his replacement then and could get the start against Orient.
Lowe said: “We don’t want to make too many changes if we can help it, but I get we have had a tough pre-season.
“The lads had a tough, mentally draining week (before the season-opening 3-0 win at Crewe Alexandra).
“I think it took a little bit out of them on Saturday, but we will go as strong as we can to hopefully get through to the next round.”
Argyle’s top priority this season will obviously be trying to win promotion back to League One.
However, Lowe has consistently made it clear he will be treating the other competitions, including the Carabao Cup, seriously.
Lowe said: “The Premier League clubs come into it in the next round so who wouldn’t want to?
“It’s a fantastic competition. Yes, you are never going to win it but at least try and get as far as you possibly can in it, and that’s going to be our aim.
“Every competition and every game we play, me and my staff and my players want to win.”
Lowe added: “We just want to play the way we play, we want to excite people and, first and foremost, we want to win games of football.”
Orient were promoted as National League champions last season, securing a return to the EFL after a two-year absence.
However, the club – and the whole football world – were shocked when manager Justin Edinburgh passed away in June, five days after he had a cardiac arrest.
Lowe said: “God bless him now, Justin was a fantastic manager and a fantastic guy.
“The way he wanted to play and what he done, fair play to him, I think he has left that legacy behind.
“I think the lads who are in there will continue that, his mantle, I’m sure they will.
“We know they are going to be at. We know they are not coming here to roll over, like no team will.
“But we have to worry about us and make sure we are on point at what we are are trying to achieve.”
Edinburgh’s assistant Ross Embleton has taken over as Orient’s interim head coach
They beat Cheltenham Town 1-0 at home on the opening day of the season but then lost 3-0 away to Macclesfield Town on Saturday.
Orient visited Home Park in the first round of the League Cup in 2014 when it was then sponsored by Capital One.
The teams fought out a 2-2 draw after 90 minutes and it was 3-3 following extra-time before Orient won 6-5 on penalties. |

Maybe but I expect Ryan Lowe to very much want to keep the winning streak going. Newport is very much winnable Saturday and going into that match on 3 straight wins sets us up nicely |

For you in devon I'd guess so, for us poor peasants further afield, having to rely on dab I doubt it , cause the Scum and the Turks are playing. So its bbc live updates or get fleeced by the club and pay for i follow or what ever the other option is. |

| I'l have a look later see if we are on, but it seems like Radio Devon won't put us on DAB if the other two have a game. |

I live in west Devon only 15 miles from Home Park yet all I can ever get on DAB is Turks and Scummers. |
