| Well I guarantee it's not being driven by the exciting new players signing on to team slow build. |

Astonishing What they aren’t telling you is that a huge chunk of those 5000 are kids season tickets which can be had for a tenner with a adult ticket. They way well have the a similar number of season tickets sold, but the fact so many are only a tenner means revenue will be much less. |

| It has led to the position where Argyle are approaching 5,500 season tickets sold.
So the Erald reports. |

So the Erald reports. So says Argyle AS the dust settles from the recent managerial appointment at Home Park, one thing is clear – the Green Army are excited about the prospect of football under Ryan Lowe. Despite the disappointment of last season, there is an air of optimism surrounding the Theatre of Greens, where nearly 5,500 loyal supporters have already snapped up their Season-Tickets for Argyle’s Sky Bet League Two campaign. This represents parallel sales with this time last year, when the Greens were preparing for a season of League One football, without even factoring in the sales of 1886 memberships and Flexi tickets. With the clock ticking down towards Lowe’s new-look Pilgrims’ first game of the season, the club would like to remind Season-Ticket customers who have opted to collect their memberships from the Home Park Ticket Office before the first match of the season. At present, there are nearly 500 tickets awaiting collection at Home Park. Please note – if you are collecting any Season-Tickets for concessions, then identification will be required upon collection. If you have received any correspondence from the Home Park Ticket Office, either by phone or email, please get in touch with the Ticket Office to finalise your booking. |

I would imagine a big chuck are white members or whatever they are calling it now No the 6 game flexi-ticket is separate. The 5,000-odd are full season tickets, but loads of them are the under8 season ticket which is only a tenner. It’s a great initiative by Argyle, even if it does means there’ll be probably 100’s of season ticket seats empty at games because not every small child will go to every game. A bit like at Arsenal, when they are playing Burnley and there are thousands of empty ‘season ticket’ seats. I know three people who’ve bought an under8 one with their adult season ticket purely because it guarantees an extra seat by them ( that may or may not be taken up by the designated season ticket holder) for each game. |

| Is an under eight really a tenner a season? They should have slashed POTD prices to twenty quid you would attract another fifteen hundred a game I reckon, buy a few drinks and we would be quids up. It's just too dear at £24 for league 2. A mate of mine who was a regular back in the day has been working abroad for twenty years, he couldn't believe it when I told him the price. |

| £24 is a lot to pay , on the day specially when you can't pay on the gate.
The simple economics for me is would cost £16 and take just over 2 hours to pay £24 for 90 mins of football.
Not worth it if you have to stand in a queue getting soaked in winter , no point booking in advance cause I live on a line which RMT keep holding strikes on and feck doing a bus to exshiter |
