Not sure no figure comes up. - Herald wrote:

A new hotel could be built on the Pavilions car park in Plymouth, the Herald can reveal.
Argyle boss James Brent, who took over the Pavilions from Plymouth City Council in 2012, has sold the car park to international property company Vastint.
Vastint is understood to be working with Marriott Hotels to develop one of its new brand of Moxy Hotels in the city.
The company is preparing to submit a planning application for a hotel on the car park in Bath Street.
The hotel development is the first stage of plans by Mr Brent to sell off the bulk of the Pavilions site.
In 2012 he announced a £83 million regeneration plan for the site, to include a larger concert venue at the Pavilions and a retail and residential development.
Mr Brent is also required by the terms of his deal with the council to provide a new ice rink before he closes down the existing Pavilions rink.
Last year he was granted planning permission for an ice rink at Home Park.

- Great day for Argyle. As Freathy points out all this year on year progress is bollocks he left us where he found us in league 2.
His whole tenure was based on lies, reluctant bidder, bollocks, he was planning this with his five directions mate who then worked for PCC because PCC needed to relocate the ice rink. The wife shagger and Newell were given the keys to the sweetshop for acting as his goon squad, bursting into meetings of other prospective buyers who are then written out of the history books. Brent was looking out for Brent period. And let's not forget that despite Postey uligising about Brent being the only choice he and his shite Vital football site was very anti Brent and pro Buttivant (believe it or not another bidder) and lets not forget Heaney actually paid the receivers opening the way up for Brent and his crew of arselickers to march forward with their TINA banners held high. Then let's not forget the Brexit like divisions Brent has opened among the fan base, instead of reaching out to disgruntled fans and realising their very real concerns for the future of a hemmed in ground with a tiny new stand he was happy to socialise with Nool in return for Nool and the gang painting anybody who disagreed with the asset strip as freaks and wierdos who had an agenda. We are actually the true fans and they can all go feck themselves with the odious speccy wanker. One last point to remember is that if Brent wasn't an incompetent fool we would now have a national car parks multi storey where the free parking is now, we would have a capacity of about 12k with his mini stand with several fast food outlets under the stand with all the profits going to Brent and not PAFC, the corners would be filled for evermore with a school and dentists, there would be a hotel and multiplex cinema surrounding the rest of the ground and nothing, nada, zilch in the way of revenue would be coming to PAFC. The fact that his asset strip failed doesn't mean he is a good guy he's a feckin leech and good riddance. The King is dead, Long live the King! This Here!! Here! Well said that man!! |

EVER. It's very frustrating to see the applause he gets, when the staff who worked hard with no pay get forgotten. They're the ones who saved us, the figurehead could have been any anonymous face. |

The one thing he delivered to the (Boardroom) table in bucketloads.....NEPOTISM Can anyone recall anything, anything at all that Natasha brought to the (Boardroom) table? The end game for her via Daddy of course was a nice little Directorship of a professional football club 'tick' in the box on her CV. With hindsight that little episode was clearly Simon Hallett humouring the Brents for a short while, knowing that they'd be up the road soon enough. Argyle have had a hugely lucky escape. Brents business empire has been caving in from virtually every angle. Thank Christ he's gone from our club. |

| What exactly did Brent achieve while in charge, apart from getting someone else to drum up money for the club,
The stand is funded by Hallett, Apart from 15k for that Torquay player,
I'm struggling to think of anything Brent shelled out for with his own cash. |

| Didn't Brent shamelessly stand by and take money from the Trust to give the facade a lick of paint a couple years back?

Time to remove this filth from the ground once and for all. its a weird one really, Cause I know it was a shirt sponsor , but years ago when an airline sponsoring west ham went tits up, they had a patch over the shirts for one game, Can understand not wanting to damage the murals, but they should remove the adverts, But anyway now Brents gone from the boardroom can finally go back to hp for a game, Be nice to be able to go back , without lining his pockets and money actually being used to help the club, |
