Of course brent going is a cause for great celebration but as far as I can see we've only gone out of the frying pan and into the fire with hallett. I can only see grinding austerity and L2 consolidation being the way ahead for the next 6-7 years.

A postitive end to a shit season if this is true. Hope it is the club needs to be rid of that charlatan asap taking his lychees with him.
Are you sure you really want shot of them? Why deny yourself hours of side-splitting entertainment, courtesy of your very own James David Brent and his hilarious, cringeworthy cod-Churchillian rhetoric?
BTW, was Ricky Gervaise ever spotted at your games following Webb around and taking notes shortly before The Office debuted on our screens?

Half of ATD get to more games than Webb.
As others have said though, if relegation was what it was going to take to be 100% rid of Brent, then for the long-term good of the club that really is a huge silver lining.
I could never really blame Hallett for not investing more of his personal cash, when another shareholder risking zero cash of his own stood to benefit by 30%.
Who else has a minor shareholding? Is it just Wrathall and some other anonymous Boardroom-dwelling non-entity?

Does Webb think we beat Rochdale to avoid conference football? I thought we were indebted to Northampton reserves for defeating Barnet!

Yes agreed if thats whats it taken to remove the leech than will have been well worthwhile. Soon as Hallett had taken over the cash cow ended and Saltrock collapsed the same day from memory The skeletons and bodies will soon surface when Bents taxi arrives

Should we all chip in for an ATD leaving gift for Jim?
