25 years for me now and bugger all changes...
You want to try 70 years....then I'll take note of your depression and maybe be more sympathetic. 5 relegations in that time zyph, how many in your life time as a fan? |

The legacy lives on indeed. Back to less than 50 away at Portakabin Park on a dank Tues night, should provide top quality entertainment for the Platinum diners, yep can see the big corporations falling over themselves to take up the excellent corporate facillities. |

| Has the job even been advertised yet? I truly hope the board are not going to wait too much longer to make some moves towards appointing someone as other clubs are snapping up the decet managers again.
Waiting on Holloway would be foolish considering he wont be interested. |

Waiting on Holloway would be foolish considering he wont be interested. Tbh I don’t think it’s that he wouldn’t come. He was basically begging for the job at that Midland powerhouse Walsall yesterday. I don’t think he’s seen as a progressive option for Argyle. Coughlan was 2/5 fav with Skybet yesterday. |

| Will you lot give the board a break? They have a massive list of things way more important than employing a manager, firstly the mankover needs moving along at snails pace for the next twelve months, keeping the progress down to a minimum takes a lot of effort, I fully expect lots of effort being put into how to sell pioneer memberships at top dollar for fourth division football, theres the kit for the first team squad to pay for, I fully expect at least five or six Brent family members will need to be recruited to the board to oversee the manager appointment and finally high level meetings with Porky to raise funds for a packet of biscuits for said interviews. Also if we feck about for a few more weeks the available candidate list will be much shorter and cheaper obvs. I am as disillusioned with the club as I have been at any time under Brent if this is the future you can stick yer club up yer arse Hallett. Still feckin amateur. |

| It really has to be Ollie or Coughlan now.
I get the feeling it'll be yet another uninspiring choice and one where we'll go ' Who?' |

Despite his pluses he also isnt the best when it cones too tactics wise or coaching and relies heavily on his assistant to do both. This was a gripe many had with him last time around when they werent going on about paul sturrock and wanting him back. |

A Manager in the welsh leagues isnt what we need right now maybe in the early days of the reluctant one when part timers players where all the range. Do we still have any fireman hats left? lol |

| That's what I was thinking. Everyone seems to think we are odds on to bounce back at the first opportunity.
Add in to the fact he's an out and out northern English bloke so why on earth would he be champing at the bit to drop down to our new home in league 2.
Some of the names floating around here are pure fantasy and as for Holloway, give your heads a wobble lol. |

| Bury boss Ryan Lowe has emerged as a strong candidate for Plymouth Argyle’s managerial vacancy. Plymouth Live understands that the 40-year-old is attracting keen interest from the Pilgrims.
Lowe led Bury to runners-up spot in League Two this season, despite financial difficulties off the pitch. The Shakers were the top scorers in the division with 82 goals from 46 games, of which they won 22. Argyle chairman Simon Hallett has targeted a ‘modern, forward-thinking manager’ to be the successor to Derek Adams, who was fired on April 28. Hallett did not rule out approaching managers at other clubs, even though compensation would have to be paid if they were hired.
Sound like a Bury man through and through. |

| Only Holloway or someone with a personality can give the club the lift it needs, some unknown Progresive from Bury or similar wont fit the bill. How come Nackervil is on Si's panel picking the new manager, he was part of the discredited coaching staff that got the club relegated ffs! |
