Big, big goal difference between the 5th and 6th protagonists and Delboy. 6 points in the real world, Pat. |

| If we were mid table it would be welcomed as a good away point but in our position we needed a win. |

| Harve, you're soooo negative. LOL Just wait until we get a good bunce for moving on the "injured" Wooton. Wonder how many days it will take to shift him. |

| Argyle did the same as Wally's Wallies -ended the day with the point they started with. Still going to need 7 or 8 wins to reach 50 points. Anyone name half a dozen teams this lot could beat?
Defeat to Oxford Utd will leave us so far adrift even the RNLI will be unable to save us. |

| We'll probably sell Carey for a special Argyle price of 35k plus 10,000 jester hats to Pompey in Jan too just to ensure we slip into L2.
Imagine the dozens of away fans at HP next season!

| Was a dreamer on twitter claiming 750K for Carey. Having a laugh aren't you , who would pay that for a bottom of the table player. |

| ill take a point in the face of defeat and knowing argyle would feck up any lead to take home 3.
so long 2018 its been a mixed year for Argyle thats for true lets see what 2019 has in store for the Club
A new manager?New players? A new owner? A new board of directors? something of interest happening at home park's mankover? The reluctant one horsewhipped naked through the streets of plymouth? |

| It really says something about the club when the majority of the senior team are well into the twenties and have only made less then 150 senior appearances.
That in itself tells you all you need to know about the majority of this squad. |

| We've had one point out of nine over Christmas. Whatever way you want to dress it up it's relegation form. |

| Well he spoke to the website didn't say much as they are heading back so saved a click
ARGYLE manager Derek Adams was encouraged by a competitive showing from his Argyle side against Burton Albion, drawing 1-1 at the Pirelli Stadium in Sky Bet League One.
The Pilgrims had work to do against the Brewers due to a shaky start – capitalised on by the home side, as Will Miller put Burton in front after four minutes.
The Greens grew into the game and were deservedly level seven minutes after the break, as Ruben Lameiras started and finished a fine Argyle move to make it 1-1. Both sides pushed hard for a winner in an open and fast-paced second half, but strong defensive work from the visitors ensured they took a point back from the Pirelli.
Adams kept his post-match comments short, sweet and to-the-point, as he and the squad head back to Home Park and prepare for a key New Year’s Day meeting with Oxford United.
“Obviously a very good performance from us today,” said Derek. “I thought we were the better side. We created a lot of good opportunities; a nice goal from Ruben Lameiras.
“A fantastic support from us today that we took here, and we look forward now to the next game.
“Everybody’s working hard, and we’re looking to keep on moving forward.” |

| Talking to a friend from Luton last night who are riding high obviously but he said he was at a loss as to why Adams hadn't been sacked I mentioned that he was a director of basically everything and had been given a 5 year contract " feckin hell he says you haven't half got some twats down there"
Am rolling with laughter...spot on though |

Yep not one penny in January unless players are sold. Only Lameiras, Lapado and Carey would command any sort of transfer fee. And only L1 or maybe L2 clubs would be interested. Anyone waiting for the hallett wallet to be opened will be very disappointed. We are definitely relegated. |

| Spot on Freathy, cant easily see a different scenario, if we beat Oxford on New years day that gives a glimmer of staying in touch with the others, if we don't then possibly eight points adrift with a poor quality losing team needing to win probably half the remaining games. Two seasons in L1 what a joke of an achievement and another damming indictment of the Brent regime and the ongoing demise of PAFC. Let alone the club being saddled with a seriously flawed "redevelopment" and ongoing debt.
