I watched the second half on ifollow (Perfect picture and good comms). Argyle's problems is the final third of the pitch. They get within ten yards of the penalty area and the whole attack just breaks down. They haven't an idea of what they want to do. The crossing into the box is woeful. Tonight, not one cross made it to its intended target. The three corners taken were also completely ineffectual, with one failing to get past the first defender. The commentary team were hopeful Argyle could get something. I don't know why, as there was not a single sniff at goal the whole second half. Until the problem of not having meaningful shots and headers at goal is sorted out, we are going nowhere fast. |

| Excellent we can now look forward to getting knocked out the FA Cup on Saturday so that we can mantain our focus on getting relegated.
I always knew keeping Argo shit was one big conspiracy, nothing to do with the Icke gig in Torquay last night. |

| Argo are National League South standard at best. Easily the worst team in the EFL and by some distance. If this team was in L2 we'd be roughly the same position in that division too. We're down. We would need to at least bring in a whole L1 standard defence in January to survive and that clearly is not going to happen. |

Watched it and agree with that...or rather he played the wrong people. If he insists on setting up so defensively and isolating the forward (singular, as everyone else is within a foot of our 18 yard box), then he needs to play Taylor. At least he has half a chance of winning the ball. Of course, the old mantra goes that you never drop your goalscorer and so Freddie is bullet-proof for now and he has earned his place. Doesn’t mean he isn’t a square peg in a round hole in that first half set-up though. Our defence is so shaky, it doesn’t make sense to invite that much pressure on to it. When did we last keep a clean sheet in the league? Very hard to make a case for us staying up at the moment. At the moment, i’d settle for us being in touch by Jan in the vain hope we might get some better players in...but it seems more likely that we, Dons and Bradford will make it an easy relegation battle for most of the others. |

| Taken from the farm. Clearly, the general opinion is that Moore was poor. Is the MoM vote a group of facetious supporters voting for him? No it's everybody that hates Posty feckin up his poll. |

| It's easy for the PASHITTI cretins to focus on a poor performance from an average quality player during a completely inept team performance. But the overall picture is DA signed up to an austerity budget, assembled a relegation quality squad, who play and look like a relegation squad, all under the watch of Lord Jim and his inept blinkered board, result is coming up to December thay still play shite and are five points adrift. All the indicators are that Hallett will continue Brentism mk2 regards budget and squad investment so to put it bluntly the squad is fecked. |

| Two nil away losses always feel like the most relegation-ly defeats of all. Especially when the goals come in about the 30th and 70th minutes.
Hold out for half an hour, absorb a bit of early pressure and hope that maybe there's a way into the game. Boof! one-nil down but manage to hold out til half time. Fumble around in the early stages of the second half, maybe sneaking that equaliser and push on for an unlikely win. Twat! it's two-nil and there's no way back. A bit of huff and puff but the home side stroll to the final whistle knowing they've got everything under control. To outsiders looking on paper it looks close but we know that at no point were we really in the game and deep down we are actually utter shite.
This is the fate of a team that gets relegated. This is the fate for Argyle. |

This is the fate of a team that gets relegated. This is the fate for Argyle. That is bang on - and the scenario often discussed by myself and a certain other poster here. The game last night stank of it. |
