| These roles tend to be part time but as it has supervising responsibility it would still probably be 20-25 hours per week, which still makes it an under £20K salary pro rata. Seems a bit skinny and will only tempt people from in or around the area. |

| The approaches of Argyle and Exeter at this level couldn't be more different. Exeter have seen the benefit of a well run Academy. If you had a son who was talented you'd encourage him to sign for Exeter all day. |
