You get more on the dole FFS lol

£10k pa works out at 33 weeks at 40hpw at the minimum wage.

These roles tend to be part time but as it has supervising responsibility it would still probably be 20-25 hours per week, which still makes it an under £20K salary pro rata. Seems a bit skinny and will only tempt people from in or around the area.

The approaches of Argyle and Exeter at this level couldn't be more different. Exeter have seen the benefit of a well run Academy. If you had a son who was talented you'd encourage him to sign for Exeter all day.

Tash probably gets more in expenses.
