| Its funny isnt it, how back during the Glorious reign of Brent, no dissent was tolerated. - Noolly wrote:

He's not happy is he. What I love bestest of all though, in true PASHITTY style is that a return for Sturrock gets mooted. |

| I think its best that Hallet takes full contol though he's already started to drain the swamp with the removal of Webb and No Mates, the club is drifting aimlessly under the Brentmare on and off the pitch. Hallets obviously a very succesfull guy, he needs to bring some of that success to the shitfest that is Akkeron Argyle, and straight away. |

| We're a rudderless ship in a sea of frothing shite. Silent Si is just a glimpse of a lighthouse off into the distance, throwing it's rays of hope out into the ether. |

| I do wonder if the FA "expressed concerns" about something and this prompted the last minute shuffle.. |

| Why would the FA be concerned ? The football debts are settled, the local debts were kicked into touch, "only" the £3 million owed to the mastpoint gang is still owing by the debt colony, and that's nothing to do with the FA. |

| Who knows. Perhaps Mr Hallett has a true "football man" lined up that he wants to bring on board?? |

| It may be of course purely down to personal reasons and nothing sinister or worrying in terms of the board. Or it could be someone else is being lined up tjatcwe know nothing about. As has been said, Sibis a successful businessman and knows what it takes to fulfill a successful project. |

| Maybe Hallett thinks he's the man to sort out this total basket case of a club that brent has left. We can but hope. A whole generation of young Argo fans is growing up knowing nothing but shit owners and shit chairman and miserable failure over the past 10 years.
Anyway if pasoti think it's bad it must be good.

| Nothing to worry about, Kagami was Chairman and never even attended a match.
And that worked fine, didn't it?
Perhaps it's just that being Chairman of PAFC is football's equivalent of Head of Ethics for the Klu Klux Klan |

| What worries me most is how anybody could possibly find the time to match Brent's half-a-day per week commitment to the job of being Chairman.
People prepared to put in that level of dedication to the cause are going to be thin on the ground, that's fore shore. |

| Simon attends games along with his wife on a frequent basis so i cant see that ending with him being chairman. He'll probably leave the day to day running to Dunford which is role to do while over seeing club matters.

| Not ideal SH being based thousands of miles away but as long as he has a strong right hand man running day to day operation here it's obviously feasible - the whole thing looks a mess to us plebs but if his guy is as minted as mooted, he'll have learned how to crack eggs!! Must say, the draining of the swamp brings a wry smile these days!! |

| An experienced CEO can pick up some of the slack with the authority of the owner. I suspect much of Brent's publicised half a day a week executing the onerous job of chairman included scoffing, watching the football, and friendly chats with the herald. So, that leaves about 50 hours a year. I'm sure Hallett can manage that.
The worrying thing is Felwick didn't fancy the poisoned chalice, just as Ridsdale didn't fancy being brent's fall guy. Don't blame him though, people should take responsibility for their own decisions. Looking forward to the scrutiny, and maybe a game or two if things change for the better. |

This is quality. Nool fookin hated Dunford the last time he was here. This is probably THE most blatant example that Nool will literally turn 180 degrees and shag ANY leg necessary, if it means he can try and keep the Directors Box invites. The guy has zero shame or morals. |
