Well worth a listen. SH must have been tearing his hair out having had to deal with the David Brent regime during his first few years as a minority shareholder.

Good listen that, very clear that the club is in good hands. His views on the future where the manager shouldn't need to feel under pressure were interesting.

A losing run doesn't always need to have a knee jerk reaction of the sack. Something which a few on here could take note of.

bar freathy who has called for ryan to be sacked? and on the flip side to you last comment its true but at the same time a losing run needs to have a crossroads where if nothing has changed enough is enough is acted apon before the point of no return is passed and we pay the price ie derek adams 2019.

A losing run is not the end of the world, the important thing is that the mistakes of the losing run are addressed so they don't happen again.

As Einstein said, "a sure sign of insanity is to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result"

Playing the same (losing) team/formation/tactics repeatedly might fall within that definition
