Argyle were narrowly beaten in a behind-closed-doors friendly by top Dutch side Feyenoord.

The home side scored early in the game via strike Dylan Vente, and midfielder Wouter Burger was on hand to make it 2-0 in the second half. (2nd goal a goalkeeper mistake)

Argyle battled, though, and an excellent late goal by Ruben Lameiras halved the deficit.

ARGYLE: 21 Kyle LETHEREN (31 Michael Cooper 65); 2 Joe RILEY (22 Tafari MOORE 75), 5 Ryan EDWARDS (24 Peter GRANT 83), 14 Niall CANAVAN (25 Scott WOOTTON 65), 3 Gary SAWYER (capt, 23 Ashley SMITH-BROWN 65); 8 David FOX (4 Yann SONGO'O 75), 6 Jamie Ness; 10 Graham CAREY (16 Joel GRANT 85), 11 Ruben LAMEIRAS, 20 Gregg WYLDE (32 Cameron SANGSTER half-time); 9 Ryan TAYLOR (18 Calum DYSON 75).
