The GTs thread was the death knell as you say not one response but than all 400 viewing (read 25) were well aware that McGuire was supposed to have opened the shipping container last month and be up and running.

Instead not only wasn't it opened the buffoons hadnt even applied for planning permission

People like newell and those running the club are't interested in what fans have to say. If anything they'd prefer a read only news forum. They're not that bothered how may people post, it's all about passive readers. Many brands are continually playing catch up, stepping down on initial free forums that influence their customers.. It's all about control with this sort of folk, almost political in it's ideology. Todd was the same with his ludicrous forum that died a death.  In fact, if you can be bothered to look, all the involved little gang of fans are patriarchal tory twerps and proud of it, just like their squire. Could only happen so easily to a footy club out in the sticks of the west country where questioning, let alone berating, the wisdom of the house at the top of the hill is treason. It's soooo corny, but pro footy is a tribal interest and is bound to attract those with an eye for a stripe or two. And so another day passes where nothing changes.

Thinking about it shorely some mistake? The new changing rooms were built of blocks and mortar I thought? Like I said above that looks more like a Portacabins pad it certainly ain't footings. Only other option is to pour a mass of concrete and build off that.
