| It's mildly amusing what sort of things calm the inner Aviva in people. Sometimes it's calm dulcet tones of safety and austere proberty as Storm Debby is successfully negotiated, with others it's listening to the noughts of some big stag's bank account that is about to empty all over their football club, a sort of second coming. It just goes on and on. It's not particularly associated with Argyle, or even footy, it's just a process of social interaction within a group of souls, I think we can all agree on that. As I laze around cleaning my ears, licking my bits, up away from the plains, I rarely wonder these days what goes on where the slow winding river snakes by. Do souls still lick their own bits down there or is there an app you can purchase ? |

| If the ice shed is now being completely moved thats clearly a material change in the hybrid planning action. All work whilst negligible will have to stop completely if thats the case

| Not so sure Harve I'm sure the planners will accept the refurb as a standalone project which may take a few weeks but in the long run should simplify things. |

| Its going to take years to rebalance to true information from the Nool led obstufication that has been allowed to blossom for the last seven years,
Pen master (sounds like a DeLiar multi to me) said this,
"I assume that some of the 3.25m will be spend on buying the spare HHP plot of land?
That money appears to have gone through the club so the plot is an asset of PAFC rather than being separated. The question I have is how this will generate I come for the club? I could well be missing something but unless it is developed, the club can't gain an income from an empty plot of land?"
Lol, lol, lol, PAFC was never going to see a dime from that land apart from the undervalued purchase price that JB paid for it. We were only ever going to get a bung from the failed HHP1 project the refurb and ice shed were never going to see us getting a penny from it. Feck me but they are deluded.

| Bungo Back's been very quiet lately. Must be due one of his ill-penned, contrived and carefully worded blogs, Shirley? Or, he's simply got feck all to add as far as progress is concerned? Or, maybe SH has told him to sling his hook and is bringing in a proper, qualified PM? |

| So does the new majority shareholding have any bearing on the new GT bar, and those that invested in it? |

| 2. Drainage Strategy Design Current proposals are for the construction of several attenuation tanks within the development, which discharge through flow control devices to a Swale feature on the eastern boundary, where water is allowed to infiltrate to the ground. The Swale feature is approximately 80m long, with 1m wide base and 1:4 side slopes, and has been designed based on the infiltration rate of 1.9 x 10-5 m/s. (as per test results by Terra Firma Ltd). Detailed design is to be undertaken in conjunction with PCC as part of off-site (wider Central Park) drainage improvement works.

| What proportion of all this drainage is for the new stand, ice shed and portacabin city, and how much for the hotel, Nandos, McDonalds, office block, gym, vets that will probably never see the light of day. Perhaps the project manager could give us the lowdown in his next blog rather than concentrating on the shade of green used to decorate the ticket office. |

| More importantly, it's looks as if he's cadged a lift on the back of the PCC drainage works shortly being undertaken by PCC as part of the wider park improvement grant. And that all ends up with the perrenn prolem of the water company and that log running dispute going down to pennycomequick..... rather apt.. What a joke.. That was his sneaky plan all along. And let the odd company go to the wall so as to frighten PCC re the ice arena and pavilions site. As was foretold so many times, and not far off a carbon copy of Oldway. Can't wait for the big stand off over the pointless ice arena. |

Kin hell man. Hardly going to soak away anywhere. Look at the state of the bottom end of CP when it rains. It floods for months! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |
