That’s probably a reflection of the workforce penned in for the job.

Don’t forget, there’s a big chance other more important and lucrative jobs are being juggled, as is pretty standard with building firms. If Mavis in Peverell needs her bathroom painting, there’s more chance of her paying up and not arguing the toss about price etc etc.

I'm up the ground shortly and will expect to see diggers churning up the mayflower terrace after all they have been planning this for now 18 months and have got the "partial" go ahead. Should be fun will be able to exchange notes with Newell

Just back did not see any work on the Mayflower terrace, they were putting a new door set in the Barn Park end for the directors and they have repaired the roof above them
