Indeed. You have got to be looking at over 3,000 ? Beating one of the Bristol sides is always a joy, especially coming from behind to do it. |

| Whatever was said at halftime must be up there with a fergie hairdryer cause we stole a victory from the jaws of defeat.
We were terrible first half second half complete turn around and a valuable 3 points and a big win against a bunch of cider drinking gasheads who a few of them try to start a scuffle after our 3rd goal which was funny to watch as that cover seemed to be stopping them not the guards.
ness im a bit disappointed didnt take the winning penalty as he was on a hattrick and was playing well all game my man of the match.
matthews was dodgy as feck as was songo'o our composure was all over the place in the first half and those two making errors with their distribution didnt help.
overall happy with the win but we can play better. |

Eventually it was a cracker Les.First half was theworst Argyle have played for some time, the performance characterised by a lack of the creativity around the opposition penalty area which has been the recent hallmark and some nightmareishly hesitant and weak defending/goalkeeping which presented Rovers with their goals and a few other decent chances.Bad wall for the first goal, terrible defending from Songoo for the second. It was truthfully a bit of a surprise that Argyle scored at all-Ness converted a free kick or short corner which found its way back to Carey, whose cross was an inviting one.It was obvious from the start of the second half that things had been said and the West Ham lad won a penalty after he was checked after a run into the box.Ever had the knowledge before a penalty was taken that it was going to be missed? Lameiras just didn't look good, short run up and weak shot making it as easy as it can be for a keeper. No matter, not long after a left foot shot from Ness was deflected just inside the far post for the equaliser.Nip and tuck after that,Argyle were immeasurably better defensively but still not totally secure and much better attacking wise but still without creating many chances. The winner came when Songoo was fouled at the far post by a clumsy challenge which poleaxed him for a while. The delay didnt faze Carey who coolly converted to give Argyle the win. Rovers fans would probably argue that they should have got something from this game but then if you make stupid challenges then it's asking for trouble-they got away with one but didn't learn their lesson. To be fair to Argyle there are important players missing and frankly it showed at times but if you can win when not playing anywhere near your best then it can't be all bad.Back in the play offs and Scunthorpe are very shaky at the moment,so a very good day all round. |

My son who is at university in West London has just got two away tickets to cheer on the Greens, only costing him £10 each apparently, just listening to radio five lots of fans ringing in to say their clubs are supporting the fans by dropping their prices. Apparently Birmingham only charged a tenner today and a pound for kids. Are you listening Brent ? By the way where's the money going - 13,466 today with no special concessions. |

| Yep, another tidy 40K extra over budget after pesky police expenses, to be shared out between Brent and Hallett, with a free American pasty for Wrathall. |

Better penalty save than I thought at the time, quite exquisite ball from Carey for the first equaliser, big mistake to give him that much time and space. |

Oooooppssss!! But we will continue to smile at your pathetic trolling which you probably post sat in the farm or at Sid James Park with Suffs, Uncle Pat and the rest of the stick bashers. Had you been there you would have seen a team of committed players who faced a mountain and climbed it. Bleedy brilliant! I'm ready for the abuse!! |

| Agree with you Tiger. Another game for the ages and against-the-odds win. Despite the nerves (and nervy ''O ye of little faith' crowd) and the shaky moments, the best team won. |

That first header goal from Ness was excellent. Very good save from Lamerias by their keeper for penalty |

| Comment from my man at the match, "how the feck did we win that?" Rovers should be kicking themselves although as previous posters have mentioned if you can win when nor playing your best says a lot about a teams character. Very good chance of playoffs and if present for stays no reason why we shouldn't win them. We have beaten everybody at that end of late injuries in a puss weak squad could be our downfall. I'd love to get Brent thoughts at the moment I'm sure he won't want another promotion right away to interfere with the asset strip. If he is the good guythat some seem to think Shirley everyone will be in the office tying management and players down on extended contracts? If not we may be starting in the CCC with a new team and new manager another football first for the Eton sheet stain. |

| Anyone else feel like we're slowing a bit? Felt we were very fortunate yesterday, after being outplayed at Fleetwood. I'm not usually one to care too much so long as we win, but we certainly don't have convincing depth on the bench to add any energy. Church got injured the other day (shock). I dunno. Praps the new jock midfielder can help drag it out for another couple of months. |
