You bet it is. Not sure if his influence has been fully appreciated and even less sure that it will be replaced adequately. He certainly had a major effect today by turning in the first goal from a set piece, just what Argyle needed to keep the heebie jeebies at bay. To be fair to Bury they weren't entirely out of the game at 1-0 but once Carey had scored from the rebound after his penalty had been saved it was game over-there were a few Bury protests, couldn't really see if the foul on Lameiras was indeed a foul but no matter. Bury put themselves even further out of the match when their striker was sent off after a late challenge on Matthews in the second half-after that it was a matter of time before the third arrived, which it duly did with a volley from a dropping ball by Sarcevic. Can't comment any further, it was fecking freezing and I left to get in the car and get warm.12th position now and all credit for that but very mixed feelings today with the Tounami situation-over to Derek now to try and pull another rabbit out of the hat.

When you put it like that we are being selfish asking for more Rant Rant Rant long reign brent and austerity.

good performance today bit dodgy in defence at times but Bury couldnt make good on their pace. Our goals where well taken and we played on the front foot too. ref was a dick blowing to start the game after an injury break then blowing up again cause bury werent ready. some fool brought a flare into the stadium again but its ok cause forza nerde dont pos on here so no stadium ban for that lad.

The game ended on a sad note as Toumani is off. what a player he has been for us we are going to struggle to replace him thats for sure. Shame the austerity loving yuppie refuses to invest in the playing side of the club so we could have paid him what he wanted and get him to stay at least till may.

oh well im sure a loan signing from wolves will naturally be his replacement.

Yeah that was odd! Foxy getting excited with an open goal then the ref calling it back. Had he scored and it was allowed then Bury would have gone mental!!!

I didn't think the ref did anything wrong and the situation was totally misinterpreted. There was an injury which was cleared up quickly by the physio and the players had all gone over to the dug outs to get water. From my point of view, it was clear that the ref whistled in order to get the attention of the players and get them back in position again to get the game going and not to signal for the free kick or whatever it was to be taken. Maybe he should have gone over to the players instead of whistling, not sure about the rule or etiquette on that point, but essentially a complete non issue IMHO.

It is, that is why I will enjoy this current run while it lasts as I know it will end at some stage.

If Adams can find a decent replacement then fair enough. If he can't, the side will have to dig deep to continue the good work they are doing, not an easy task with the departure of a player like Diagouraga.
