Blackpool owners Karl and Owen Oyston are reeling after a judge ruled they must buy out estranged president Valeri Belokon for £32.27million.

The controversial Oystons lost their long-running legal case after tycoon Belokon claimed they used the club as a "personal cash machine" and showed "unfair prejudice" against shareholders.

I doubt it too. The relevant company law needs to be toughened up big time, as the culture has gotten out of control across all activities with limited companies. Even ordinary "employees" do the dance these days.
And of course, without the obvious vulgarity of the Oystons, the worry of the same old football "cash cow culture" hangs over PAFC, with so many of Brent's companies holed up at Home Park. It's so easy if you have a mind to do it, and the legal right to do so. Ethics doesn't come into it any more, the gloves are off.
So, where did the Liverpool money go ? And the unbudgeted transfer income ? No point asking Brent, why would he want to share detailed information of his businesses.

Blackpool FC and the Stadium Company have been put up for sale by the Oyston family, they are also asking for leave to appeal the court judgement from earlier this week!

Karl Oyston is the chairman fined £40,000 by the FA for labelling one fan a 'massive retard'. Sources told Sportsmail that Owen Oyston - recipient of an infamous £11m salary in 2011 - was left 'shell-shocked' last night and at a loss as to which way to turn.

What did Brent call us?

The law is an ass. Dear little Owen must be pretty skilled to earn that £11 million salary.
I bet there's a Newell or two up at Blackpool encouraging the few remaining fans to stick up for these geezers, saying how badly they are being treated.

What did Brent call us?

And does it apply to other club officials?

I doubt that they have done anything illegal. What the Brentophiles don't realise is how vulnerable the club is once surrounded by office/retail. If for instance after the cluster has been fecked and we go tits up again owing money to Brent, Hallett, Five Directions (possibly) then who is going to come riding in to save us riding his fag with no property to deal in? We will be left to the dogs but Im sure that there will be a fine gentleman to offer us a few quid for the ground which would probably be just enough to start again out Ivybridge way with a modest but new stand and it will be easy to attend with all that parking.

I always thought an outside gamble by Brent would be to convince everyone Marjons should move into the park, take over most of it, save the council all that maintenance but keep the facilities "available for citizens". And then put the football club out on the old Marjon site, plenty of room out there. Just imagine all those corrupt education department millions filling Brent's pockets. He doesn't squat on universities and hospitals for no good reason. I would love to know the REAL reason he and Plymouth university parted company so quickly.
