Now that Highways England are out of the way the next hurdle to overcome is the ACV. Hence the question about the Trust membership numbers. Obviously he wants the number to be low so that he can claim they aren’t representing the fans.

Im sure he is only asking for the number of members so he can boast he shit forum has more there for brent should listen to him more than the trust when it comes to fan opinions.

And if by chance the trust has more members than pasoti then of course he will cry foul and state most are not paid up or multi people.

And re. The numbers that Nool keeps quoting ie twenty or so freaks objecting to the plans how many on JBSOTI these days actually support that pile of shite, I reckon it's twenty at most, how's that a mandate to give Brent a Cameroning?

I should know its how we come to the 6000 JBSOTI members, 5745 banned, 200 multi's and 45 real posters that use it now.

Oh, he knows all right Frank. The totally one sided view of all things related to the development and no critical analysis of some worrying aspects of what's going on at Argyle, by IJN and others are the very reason I recently joined the AFT. As in all of life there needs to be a balance.

well there is a l.e.d display board going outside the devonport end in the new year (fact) with a scoreboard coming in the summer so peter has got his nightmare lol

The number will be somewhere between 900 and 1100. It certainly won't be lower than 500.

I was a Trust Board member approximately 18 months ago, at which point the number sat fairly steady at just over 1,000 members. Renewals were regular. Over the last few months I've seen as many pro-AFT remarks as I have negative and have no reason to suggest the number would have changed dramatically.

What I will say is this, a football club needs fan involvement. I believe the best form of fan involvement is via an organised Trust. Whether you agree or disagree with what the AFT have done in the past, if you believe fans should have a voice, drop Tony or the Trust an email.

Find out what they're doing or perhaps volunteer just for an hour. There are passionate Argyle fans involved and whilst no two of us hold the same views, we all want the same thing - a successful Argyle.

Maybe Newell could offer a few hours a week to assist the trust as he doesn't have much to do now he's retired, apart from from hang around Home Park like a bad smell.
