I'm surprised that the Herald or Spotlight have not picked up on this. Spotlight especially love a good victim story (even if it is a poorly seal/hedgehog/seagull)

ive seen some in stoke village...plus i saw one milehouse rd bus stop opposite the brit..seen so many about it will be easier say where they aint ..
