What an unbelievable set of events.

Literally speak out against the owners and this happens. I'd have thought Arygle would want all the support they can get with what's happening on the pitch this season?

Brent knows discontent among the wider fanbase is going to grow, especially as we go into the business end of the season hopelessly adrift at the bottom of the table and when there hasn't been any investment in January. Trying to ban everyone who's ever muttered "brent out" in the past won't stop a lot of very vocal displeasure coming his way at matches when the reality hits home that we're not going to get out of the relegation mire.

About six posts into the sticker gate thread on pbay and Nikkkk says this,

It is way more than a sticker ....And who else would not do the same if they were subjected to the same level of abuse and hatred. FB is interesting tonight .... Thankfully I'm not a member of free chat anymore but I'm still getting bashed ...

Nothing about the ticket at 5:21pm and here Nikkkkk is basically saying it was because of abuse on FB.

Isn't the above the same Nikkkkk that said he had walked away from Facebook the night before this happened because of a row or abuse? Had Nikk had a row with someone involved on FB leading up to this?

Yep, if Brent and Back think they can shut up the dissenters by mass bannings Knobber style they will be in for a shock, it may work on a dogshit site like Pasoti, but it wont work in a football ground with six thousand fans ( all thats left by January).

He awards it to himself every now and again so that he can claim he isn't bullying people when he awards it to those who disagree with him.

You have it spot on there Frank, and it was the disguise years ago. I bet the cock of the week is still used as a form of totalitarian ridicule. What a broiler. He's tries all manner of ways to indirectly control, as he gets off on it, but then when it fails, he  regularly just shows his true colours and blows his steaming top, and shows himself for the wannabe control freak he is. One of the reasons I forced that forum to delete my account there many moons ago.
There are even currently one or two posters on here that went along with the cock in the old days, until they saw the light, but they would be too shy to admit it.

He awarded it to himself for the cock up with a first and second prize in the FA Cup Sweepstake.
First prize obviously being who Argyle were drawn against.
Second prize for, um well, erm yeah he fecked up good and proper.

As i'm not posting on PASOTI nowadays, I received a text inviting me to join in with the sweepstake (having won a previous sweepstake a couple of years ago thanks to Cambridge away being first fixture of the season) I duly picked 64 and 72 (Truro and Dagenham/Orient) and paid my £20.
Went to a gig after the game ion Plymouth last night, and returned from home to find that my money had been refunded! No explanation, but it might be down to my sharing on my own facebook post regarding the day I was having (day 600 of not drinking btw), a post from Peggy with a message for Nikk.

I've also been unfriended and blocked on FB by IJN.

I'll miss those fish posts. Sad

Battle lines drawn, attack is the best form of defence ( well, not for the football team under Adams ) with planning permission for the asset stripper being the prime and only objective in the ensuing months.zzzz

I can assure you that I was never in favour of it, particularly when it was left on one poster's profile for weeks on end. Even if I was still a mod by then (honestly can't remember) I'd have had little say in the matter, though.

I think Nikk must have read your message to him that I shared yesterday.

Obviously caused outrage with the forum co-owner.
Just had a mate phone me and ask what happened to my picking Truro in the sweepstake.
Pointed him in the direction of some sunday afternoon light reading!

On a home match day, various drinking establishments could be targeted for stickering before one and all go up to the game. The Brit, The Embassy, Raffles, Union Rooms, Walkabout et al. That would certainly catch the eye !. Even buses and taxis could get a swifty sticker.

How many of that 5000 actually post on Free Chat?
Facebook is structured so that members can join groups that interest them without actually posting and taking part, in Free Chat's case there aren't that many actual posters.

The same can be said of Pasoti where there are over 6000 members but only a fraction of that post, the difference is that they actually went out of their way to register on Pasoti and reply to our registration email and more likely be an Argyle fan instead of just ticking a box to casually join and collect Facebook groups.

From what I've seen of Free Chat it's anti-James Brent with Lloyd and his moderators also anti-JB. Which is obviously up to them but people will soon get bored of it.

Definitely, the Stickerstorm needs some strategic planning, looking forward to it, I think post Xmas, things could be interesting in the world of Argyle. geek

You were not in my mind, Peggy. The person I refer to is quite aware of my comment. Even offered to donate money if I was targeted.
