| So the much hyped extra player didn't materialise, another statement of intent from the shyster. The Brentherald attempts over the last few days to whip up some fevered excitement about a new signing was nothing short of pathetically funny. BRENT OUT! |

But then we don't invest in players. Just restaurants. And Cafes. And Gyms. Only spent a season at Aberdeen, signed pro-terms at Bournemouth at the unfortunate time as they started speeding up the leagues, so never going to make a breakthrough. A number of loans spells with mised fortunes but hit a purple patch at city a couple years back. His last spell at city was his only really productive time so perhaps that's his level. As for Boatang ... meh! I noticed that Eion Doyle, who was linked with us, has gone on loan from PNE to another northern club. Maybe he was the one who DA said ''doesn't want to move so far away''. Be nice to see Fletch on the bench Saturday. |

| I think you may be right, if you imagine the Scots premier as being a mix of teams at Premier level down to league 1 and he didn't pull up any trees there. Boateng had 2 loan spells down here, he was peerless duirng his first, hopeless in his second |

Don't forget the Wembley money Suffs, think it was Exeter mentioned a play-off windfall this year so Argyle would have got similar if not more with bigger crowds & Pompey in the mix. On top of that some of the division's biggest crowds for years on end. Where's the money gone Brent ? |

Where's the money gone is the question, if Jimmy wont tell the fans perhaps Community Si, the silent guy could shed some light because the Community want to know. |

Actually there is much evidence Brent does plan for the future. After years and years of blood, sweat and tears, ripped hamstrings, dermatitis from handling dodgy chemicals all day as a hugely magnificently qualified knowledgable global real estate gambler, Mr Brent, in his very own words, could see "the market was about to make a correction" (property weekly ). So 9 months before the shit hit the fan, he got the hell out with as much as he could carry, along with a few others, months before 50 billion debt appeared from nowhere and eventually turned into an eventual bail out over a trillion $. Now that's what I call personal planning. |
