You got your wish Angry
SCOTTISH defender Aaron Taylor-Sinclair has joined Argyle on the eve of pre-season training for the eagerly-anticipated new 2017-18 Sky Bet League One campaign.
The 26-year-old left-back comes to Home Park after two years at Doncaster Rovers, who were promoted from League Two with the Pilgrims last season.

yeay seems to be injury prone after spending all season out injuried due to a knee injury simular to brunts. Get in thats the sort of signing our squad needs. now lets get on with announcing carey has left and sign some strikers.

Seems to be a return to the Fletcher days, signing players with terrible injury records and no pedigree of success at the given level. Very disturbing.

If I were an optimist I'd say that all these shit players are being signed on peanuts salaries, so we can offer Carey the kind of salary that'd tempt him to stay.
But I'm not an optimist.

The result of a competitive League 1 budget I'm afraid - which was agreed by the board before we got out of League 2.
Way to go Jimmy.

Another slap in the face for fans who paid top whack for season tickets to be insulted with this sort of non league signing, the Brent/Halletmare are obviously only planning for one season in the big league.

And as for Brent patronising Adams saying the manager likes to out perform the budget, well, he's just stroking a naive young Scottish manager who isnt up to speed yet with club owners, as was seen at Ross County. There's older people still playing professional football. Typical patting the workers on the head. Classic toff stuff. Obviously, as we've all seen, Brent himself outperforming his own budget has never been a consideration, what with his 4 hours a week on the club.... that's just for the plebs and the shop floor grunts while the pension fund takes shape.

You can tell its a piss poor signing..when the official statement tries to make out he was at donny last season..but it was well over 2yrs ago when they got relegated there you go again trying to dupe fans into thinking wow that seems a good signing..jeez you couldnt make it up

Pompous fans didn't rate Sonny. In fact I can only think back to one player who fans at departing club rated and that's recently acquired Ryan Edwards. I don't really care what other fans say. I'll let DA do the business as he did last summer and that worked. Time will tell.

"The captain knows best" came the shout from the engine room as they sped full tilt toward the iceberg in a thick fog. This forum is getting tedious

a write up on all 92 clubs worse ever players (nicky hammond got the argyle vote In case you were wondering)
Quote :
Doncaster (Aaron Taylor-Sinclair) By Rob Johnson Given that Doncaster hold the record for the highest number of losses in a single season (34, if you're wondering), it’s quite difficult to pick just one player as the worst to wear the red-and-white hoops. He featured in 49 games and never once resembled a footballer in any of them as Donny slumped to relegation Most of the players involved in that disastrous season only played a handful of games, however, so in terms of longevity there can be only one 'winner'. Aaron Taylor-Sinclair arrived from Wigan at the start of the 2015/16 season to bolster our promotion push. He featured in 49 games and never once resembled a footballer in any of them as Donny slumped to relegation – a full-back that can't tackle, pass or cross a ball, who became a symbol of our monstrous failure. Amazingly, he is still at the club but has been injured for the entirety of a season that currently sees Rovers top of League Two. This is not a coincidence.

I cannot wait to see this level of "Tekkers". No one on Pisspotty has seen hide nor hair of their beloved captain, so who is making these woeful signings?
