[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] No queues on the lines, phones must've been off then. I did eventually get placed in a queue around 1.30, I was 13th. Did you get sorted? |

Pig master
I'm up here now, helping out in the Ticket Office. All calls are being taken, there are NO queues on either the lines or face to face.
The fans are being looked after admirably by the girls.
I'm serving on the collection window and everyone inside and outside of the Box Office are smiling.
Tickets selling really well.
At this moment in time Block 17 is hammering out and the GS has only restricted views only. Brings a tear to the eye, the beauty of it all. |

Did you get sorted? Already had my ticket so just wanted to know what time the office opened Monday for collection (9am) and what proof of purchase I needed (just give 'em name and address, nothing else). All very cordial. |

Tell that to Luton, a draw at home with Leyton Orient, couldn't be could it ? |

Tis a recipe for disaster I tell eee, what on earth are they thinking. Was thinking the same myself. I'd prefer paying on the gate rather than the unfortunate disruption to my day. FFS Eylo boil, job done. |

We'll end up with a Barnsley no show with choppers and dogs at every turn. Way to do it on the cheap Argo... |

Going by all his admirers on facebook, no. They are giving large and will turn on anyone who does not tow a party line (f... 'em, I say). Then there are the half and half crowd, those who like some things Jimmy has done and dislike like other things he has done. I can still see Simon H taking full control of Argyle sometime soon, that will be the day when Brent decides to call it and end his Argyle tenure and adventure. A Drew Savage disagreed with me on the 12 month player contracts, I said they are ridiculous and offered no stability. He said they were a good idea and good for the club. As it was a general consensus between Brent, Starnes and Adams (apparently). I also stated that Adams was good with small budgets, IE Ross County. Another poster on FB said Ross County had a rich owner who could hurl money at the January transfer window so that they could stay in the Scottish Premier League, thing is though, League Two is not the same as the SPL. A few agreed with me on raising a glass to Adams for his outstanding achievement of getting Argyle up on a rumoured/suggested small budget. One final thing, there are so many worried people over on FB who are banging on about how Newport won't be easy. Of course it won't, but I can't see Argyle losing the match either. I have the same feeling as I did prior to the Exeter home match and that is not to worry as it will turn out ok. |

I don't know about that, there are bound to be a few Newport lads down for this one, even more so if it is POTD for them. They will not get relegated on Easter Monday, but will live to fight for another day or three. |

Nothing and with hindsight and a few beers on the day, it's deffo more preferable than standing in a queue with a 1000 or so others to collect my ticket. |

I'll be surprised if there's any major disorder, it's just not the way these days. Posturing & peacocking is as violent as it gets |
