Just watched the end of Crimewatch.

Is it just me, or do other people watch in the hope (fear) they are going to see someone they know/went to school with/ lived next door to?

I'm always convinced I'm going to see someone I know. And no, I don't have a shady past!

Haven't watched it in years.

Probably explains why I started having nightmares again.

Nick Ross isn't on it any more and they don't say that either.

Never mind, here have a 'Paul Mariner' to stop you having bad dreams. Wink

If you saw someone you knew, what would they have to have done for you to pick up the phone and report them? Robbery? Or is that ok as long as there is no violence? Fraud, that only affected a large business, or would it have to be rape or murder? Just interested, didn't watch it tonight and spot an old friend or anything. Razz

Whilst it's right to catch this scum it rattles me that whilst we have programmes night after night with these villains, dodgy builders, dodgy TV repair men, Watchdog etc. the big boys that do the real crime in the City and the banks just walk away untouched and with only the annual 60 minute Panorama Special watching over them.
