| Prepare yourself for Soft Ground, Brick Shortage, and planning issues with the Roof top Dentist. This could be another Jimmy Development that amounts to Fook all. |

| A much needed U-turn. It does make you wonder though....
So what will be the situation at Argyle? Will the Gt's still hold fanfests - it seems there is room for both?
Will the new FPC be membership? I think it would be crazy to go that route again.
Had a few good nights in there. Although it might not be popular to say on here, Wozzer was responsible for a good many of them. A very big public thank you to him.
The night that Michael Dunford addressed the FPC crowd, was legendary. It was chaos. Dunford in his tailored suit trying to address a baying drunken crowd of disgruntled Argyle fans. My father just couldn't take the lack of civility and we ended up leaving. I could have stayed all night, it was unbelievable theatre!
I look forward to raising a glass again in there one day soon...

| Wozzer is a lovely bloke, and one of my Argyle friends I enjoy meeting and socialising with. Had FPC membership for a few years. Many happy memories. |

| I agree about Wozzer...
Do you think the FPC should be 'membership' from here on? |

| Call me a old cynic..all it took to buy the ground..more like brent tarting the place up doing minor jobs putting plasters and patching things over..goes down well when jimmy gets em in to do the revaluation |

| Only in Argyle World is the re-opening of something that was supposed to have been replaced in 1980, after otherwise being left to rot for the last few years, a good news piece.
Who is ultimately going to cough up for this, knowing it certainly won't be Brent? |

| I reckon the GT's are going to pay for the refurb and run the gaff with Jimmy coining in a wedge for doing F' all. The problem with the trust being reduced to the state they are in, is that I coubt if they can be relied on to cough up, so it will be buckets all round.
As far I can see with Wozzer, he might well have once a nice guy but in the last few years has sold his soul utterly. His conduct as trust leader with the deep throat rubbish was disgraceful |

| Have the trust been asked to fund the maintenance and the bucket rattlers drafted in to carry out the work.
Come on dont tell me brent will fund it himself lol |

Do you think the FPC should be 'membership' from here on? Not really, but they'll have to have something in place so that it's not just the people in the grandstand/mayflower stand who can access it before the match. And then there will be the issue of capacity of the FPC, so that it isn't overcrowded on matchdays. |

With a new Grandstand build imminent...you wouldn't want Argyle to waste to much money on a short term refurbishment, would you....(suicide smiley). |

If the Grandstand was Imminent Zyph they wouldnt even be touching this at all let alone a short term refurbishment when its going to get knocked down within a year. Far Post will still be there in 5 years |

| Well that's put paid to the new grandstand.
I fully expect the Mayflower terracing to be reinstalled in the coming years.
What a sh*thole. |

| The new Grandstand isn't happening till at least 2020, because there is a pot of money for the Mayflower celebrations that Brent has his eye on the fund it.
Quite how he's going to explain that a shit grandstand for 4th tier football club in a suburban park is crucial to celebrating the spirit of discovery is going to interesting.
Of course he'll get told to piss off, so we're stuck with what we've got. I wouldn't expect standing either because that would invlove him sticking his hand in his pocket. |
