Why is he collecting money "still" for a Pasoti Staff Fund......??   Are the Club not currently paying the staff their regular Salaries....??

Actually you can just click on IJN Payments and then the Paypal icon on Pasoti landing page comes up there as per OP

I think it's something as simple as he's not changed the narrative title on his paypal payments page.
In the dark days it was for staff fund donations.
These days its used for shirt sponsor donations etc etc.
