Given that there's 24 teams in this tournament and 16 of them qualify for the second phase it is actually harder to be eliminated than it is to continue.
The format puts the first 2 in each group through along with the 4 best 3rd placed teams.
I'd be surprised if 4 points isn't enough for any team to proceed.
And I wouldn't be surprised if 3 points wasn't enough for the luckiest ones finishing third so Wales and Northern Ireland just might have done enough already.
In the last Euros (only 4 groups) the 3rd placed teams were Russia and Croatia, both with 4 points, and Denmark and Ukraine with 3 points.
I reckon we're through to the KO stages.
