New laws

So some new laws in place in footy. Now, I wasn't on the pop last night or today, in fact I don't ever go on the pop but one law is linked to pen shootouts.
A team with more players than the other when the shootout starts must reduce the number of takers so they have the same number of eligible players - this will stop teams who have had a player sent off having their better penalty takers available sooner.

Can someone please translate that one - its got me stumped.

Pot washer?? Promotion at last. I retired as a pot ''scrape the food out of the pot'' man. I would put all the food in the swill bucket then, doffing my forelock, pass the pot to the pot washer. I would then take the swill over to the farm. (Insert comments here ................. )

But back to my problem. So team A finishes with 11 players and team B with 10 players.
Think I've got it now!!! If both teams have their 5 best pen takers on the pitch and the shoot out reaches 10 then team B get to use their best pen takers before team A.
Its been a tough old 24 hours!!!
