- against his rape conviction and faces a new trial. Always thought his conviction was extremely unsafe.

Had my doubts at the time iirc.

When I read about the original conviction, I thought it sounded unsafe. To find one of them innocent and the other guilty seemed pretty odd, for openers.

My take on it is they acted in a pretty vile way towards the women in question but probably not illegally.
