Czar, the tricky thing for the mods at the moment is that we are being accused of becoming "like Pasoti" if we try and take any moderating action, or we are being accused of being weak if we let things slide.

We only want to ban people as a last resort (or to help our pinky agenda). I don't know what POI/HIGNFY/Stiflers problem is but he has clearly lost the plot. But if we ban him then there are a few other posters who will fall under that radar as well - and that's not a road I want to go down.

FWIW, my suggestion in the mod room is that Stifler/POI takes a long break from ATD to get himself sorted.

damned if we do and damned if we don't comes to mind when trying to mod this place.

I do agree tho that it can be good to take a break from this place and all things argyle related.

With respect Frank, I don't think anyone is accusing the moderation of becoming like pasoti. The only (mild) questioning of a mod decision by a few members that I can recall in the recent past was the banning of Tis. Without wishing to speak for others I believe the concern was for the process followed, not so much the banning itself.

The Pasoti thing has mainly come from PMs to be fair.
