Legend, went to a Motörhead after show party once, obvious he wasn't going to live forever, in fact I'm surprised he made it this far, RIP.

Saw Motorhead for the last time at the Pavillions in 2011. Fooking awsome.

Feeling sad and a bit empty this morning at this news. One of my metal heroes from boy to man.

I shall dig out my special 'Overkill' LP in green vinyl, and give it a good thrashing just one more time in honour of the Lemster.

As to the post Hawkwind music, not being a metal fan, I thought it was trash. Trash metal, perhaps it'll catch on.
However, as an historical piece, the Ace of Spades deserves a place in the 20th century hall of cultural fame.

Get diagnosed with cancer on Thursday, die on Monday. In my experience, that's the way to do it. Well, provided the mass screening is still available free of charge for those that are somewhat different and think it might help their path.

RIP Lemmy, only way to feel the noise is when it's good and loud. Another heavy metal icon of my youth bites the dust, maybe quite a party going on upstairs with Bonham, Moon and Morrison.

Lemmy was a batchelor who lived in a 2 room apartment off Sunset Strip. Other than his military uniform collection, i dont think he gave two shits about money.
