Waaaaaaaay back David Kemp's team was relegated because we kept on conceding late goals. The same thing happened more recently under Bobby Williamson.

Now correct me if I am wrong but we seem to be grabbing lots of very late goals this season: Mellor today; Brunt at D&R... I'm sure there's been a couple of others too.

The question is why does this happen? Is it quality? Belief? Fitness? All three? Something else?

Whatever it is long may it continue!

This team has spunk, they don't give up, they may have had a crappy period this last few weeks but nobody can say they didn't try. IMO

Maybe but there's oodles of spunky teams out there. I'm not trying to suggest that you're wrong but I feel that there must be more to it than that.

Or maybe not.

A side clinging to the ropes is vulnerable to a sucker punch.
