Typical that in my whole Argyle attending life, since '78, I'm pretty sure we've never draw the traditional big two of Liverpool or United in any of the cups. We've played everyone else but never them. Any statto recall the last meeting of Argyle v Liverpool/ManU?

Looking at Greens on Screen I don't think we've played Liverpool in any cup. Last played them in 1962 in Div 2.

We played Man U in the FA Cup third round in 1974 and lost 1-0 at Old Trafford. Prior to that we played them quite a few seasons running in the 30's in Div 2.

Back on topic but a good draw for city. Their best result would be a draw and replay at Assfield and the money that would bring in.

Im not chuffed we lost the 1st round this year unlike a few argyle fans that where arrogantly tweeting and posting tuff likw is anyone really bothered we lost just means we can focus more on the league to give just one example.

the money would have been nice but its not like Del Bhey would have seen a penny of it.
