France suffers another terrorist attack.

I have been watching both BBC news and Sky news of the awful terrorist attacks in France and the scenes of death and destruction are hard to watch and take in.

Daesh [IS/ISIL] have said it was they who carried out the attack and there can be no doubt it was they (or jihadi affiliates) who undertook the attack.

Is it time to put boots on the ground in Libya, Syria and Iraq. Or should the bombing of daesh targets continue as they are. I can see the French certainly putting troops on the ground in Syria now ?.
