Massive accumulator bet pays off netting £116,000 for jobless dad with MS


Jobless dad recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis has won £116,000 on a 10-fold accumulator - making it easier to care for his young son.

Lucky George Wood, 22, placed just £5.05 at odds of roughly 23,000-1 with predictions dating back to September 28.

He bet on games from multiple leagues and competition, including the Premier League, Champions League, Championship, Scottish Premier League and Ligue 1.

His final forecast came good on Saturday when Manchester City thumped Bournemouth 5-1 - after predicting that both teams would score

Good for him, although I would have said he would have been luckier had he missed the ms gene. I hate the way a disabled person is described as "jobless".
