As an avid downloader of illegal media, (yeh yeh - so fooking sue me - we're all at it) I have started to try and compile a top 20 list of Sci-fi films I should try and download and watch.

Because I only started this yesterday and with little thought or very little research, off the the top of my head, here's what I'm looking to download so-far, maybe!! - and may I add - in no particular order.

All ideas, suggestion and contributions are very welcome.

The Matrix(1). Probably the most fecked-up film I have ever watched. I had to watch at least 5 or 6 times, initially, to understand what the feck it was all about and what the feck was going on.

2, Brazil
3, moon
4, Contact
5, The Day The Earth Stood Still
6, Soylent Green
7, Sunshine
8, Dark City
9, Forbidden Planet
10, Metropolis
11, A trip To The Moon
12, A Space Odyssee
13, Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind
14, CEOT3K
15, Solaris.
16, Blade runner.
17, Alien.
18, Star Wars.
19, La Jete
20, Invaders From Mars.....................

Try adding although not strictly Sci-Fi "End of Days" with Arnie

If you thought the Matrix was hard to follow try this one !! Absolutely true when I saw at the Cinema there's a line from Arnie that says "What the fecks going on" His Partner responds "No idea" and geezer behind me shouts "and we aint got a fuckin clue either" !!

I have't see 'End of days' for ages - it is a good film. How about 'Looper'?

That's a pretty odd mix, no ET, Terminator, WotW, Invasion of the Body Snaychers or Thing, originals of course?

There are simply thousands of sci fi movies, some of the obscure B&W stuff of the 50s is some of the best, the Quatermass films are classics.

I love 'em all, the good the bad and the ugly, watching Hellboy as I type, even ones with Simon Pegg are fine, Paul and Shaun of the Dead, humorous like MiB and my current fave, Guardians of the Galaxy.

I could never even think about making a list of all time faves, there are just too many.

Got to be blade runner every time.
Watched that bad boy over and over.

Rutger Hauer is quality.
