| TWO more Labour leadership candidates have announced visits to Plymouth meaning all four will have visited the city before the ballot closes. Both Yvette Cooper and Jeremy Corbyn confirmed their city appearances on Monday. Miss Cooper has chosen to hold her meeting at the Plymouth Labour headquarters at Lockyer Hall in Alfred Street on The Hoe whereas Mr Corbyn is to organise his own rally independently. Mr Corbyn supporter and Argyle president Chris Webb said the anti-austerity candidate will hold his rally on Friday August 28 at 1pm at a venue still to be confirmed. | Is he even still president?
Hasn't done a presidents propaganda in a long time.
May aswell ditch him and give the honorary role to somebody who actually deserves it rather than someone who shacked up with the captains wife.
Larrieu for president. |

| Someone ought to inform those two before they agree to a selfie with the lying sack of shot that he was the campaign manager of a Tory MP. |

| He must live every day as if it is not linked to anything he has ever done in the past. He is a man who believes in the power of the supporter and yet has a personal recommendation from Ridsdale on his website, he promotes a Tory MP in a marginal seat and yet he's now riding the crest of Corbyn's wave of popularity. He fought in the wor for the Trust and then bailed out when it had served its purpose.
The only consistent thing is his inconsistency. |

No argument from me. After the game on Saturday he was walking down to Barn Park where his car was parked in the street. |

| He's probably still working for the Tories. They'd be delighted to see Corbyn elected, Labour would be split down the middle. |

I would be delighted to see Labour split down the middle, and ditch the warmongering Blairist/ Thatcherite capitalist policies of the last 30 years. The Labour Party has been infiltrated by Militant Blairites and have hoovered ( other vacuums are not available ) up too many left of centre votes for far too long, and the result is plain to see. If the Tories didn't have Labour to chuck hyperbole at, they would implode. I laughed at their inability, with a majority, to follow through with their threat to take away our "human rights". Nice to know there's still a modicum of sense in this country, even if some of it does lie in the judiciary. Nige is non existent now, thank bank, so who else but the left is likely to have a big enough base to halt the slide to monetary fascism, and worse. Community has been a dirty word in the press for far too long. In the end, as the corporate lobby have demonstrated so well, "democracy" is far more than just a 5 year vote for two sides of the same coin. There are many ways to get your way. Most deals are done despite the Westminster party voting charade. |

| I was amazed when the Cooper woman basically said to sweep under the carpet the Blair/Iraq affair when not agreeing that he should stand trial for war crimes - no interest in the race really but that finished her in my mind!! |

The evidence suggests that this is far more likely then Webb being a genuine Socialist, let alone a genuine Labour supporter. |

Pieface got a telling off last night. He was in the directors box and got a little upset at Argyle's first half performance. He stood up and had a rant. I didn't hear what he was saying due to people laughing. Someone told him to sit down and shut up. This started another bloke off having a rant at the directors box, defending Pieface for showing some passion and it was a shame there wasn't more of it in the club. This caused much more laughter. |

The illegal invasion of Iraq for starters. I assumed TT was being ironic....? Surely....? You can't mean invading a country with evidence you knew was suspect and manufactured, the illegal rendition of suspects identified by the US and being complicit in torture as well as the supply of arms to any Tom, Dick or Saudi who would pay for it, whilst categorising these deals as being beyond the freedom of information act. |
