And Ashton Gate is still a shithole.
I don't expect Exeter fans to understand the weight of expectation at Argyle, Exeter is a small club with non league infrastructure and embarrassing gates for a city of its size. Exeter City fans know they support a small club that is going nowhere because with their players, board and ground it is quite hard to come to any other realistic conclusion otherwise.
im gonna take this as you actually believe what you posted, apart from one FA cup run what has plymouth actually done?
Also in 112 yrs we spent 5 in non league, so you're statement is incorrect, argyle have spent more time in (what is now) lg1, and you are close to spending more time in the basement than the CCC (am i right if you dont go up this year then more in basement than CCC) this season id say we have a better squad than you, we have the best youth set up this side of the M4 (by a country mile) and our board is made up of fans, you're is a skint admin ridden hotel owner
and you still only manage to get 2.5k more than we do LMAO
It's this type of fantasy arithmetic that sometimes explains why Exeter fans think they are a true rival to us. Ignorance I suppose.
I wouldn't normally humour such ignorance, but here u go...educate yourself.

To summarise, we've spent more years at level2 (CCC) than at ANY other level. What's more, prior to the 90's we'd never even graced your historically natural home - level 4.

Plus you aint got PP for it yet so you can wind yer neck in fucknuts.
hahaha, its Council Land, do you really think they would allow this offer and then turn down planning???
Id actually say the plans/drawings seen to date are an understatement of what we will get
So planning permission is going to be submitted but then the developers are going build something a "magnificent two tiered stand" for example. I see so what is the point of the public consultation. then?
Has an architect even been appointed yet?
As for the council 'allowing' the offer, its not up to the council to allow or disallow proposals. They can reject them however, which they will if the development is unfeasible for whatever reason. Lets face it ECC have hardly been over supportive with City. I can remember RW from over your way coming out with the suggestion of a new ground in Bad Hombug way so as to have different landlords

I was at both semi-finals. Here's some great footage of the Manchester game with Bell, Law, Marsh, Summerbee etc. We had Mariner, Furnell, davey. Those really were the days FFS
I was at both too (but not the City away game).
That was a cup run! 3 Div 1 (proper) opponents vanquished (all away from home to boot!) and all played out against the backdrop of social upheaval created by the 3 day week: power cuts, picket lines, candles... I wasn't there but by all accounts the 0-3 win at QPR, who were something of a force then, was probably the best any Argyle team ever played.
That Man City game kicked off at 3pm on a midweek afternnoon so that it could be completed in the daylight. I was at primary school at the time and it closed for the afternoon because they knew everybody was going to bunk off and go anyway.
Bizarre times.
