It says they will send "a team"-hardly likely to be of championship standard if they're playing Swansea the night before. Don't think i'll be making a big effort for this one. |

Joking arent you? the club will be coming up with witty banners like "raving for reading", getting the drummer boy to film a matchday moments, charging way over the odds to basically watch readings reserves play us, have that pie face do halftime 50/50 and then pending on the result sell plenty of half n half mugs, scarfs photos and unveil a new mural too mark the occasion. in short they will try and milk as much cash as they can out of it. |

| £8 to watch that. £6 in advance. Wtf is the point in inconveniencing people into traipsing up to Home Park in advance, to buy tickets for a wanky kick about against kids?
Tossers. |

| I dont think we could have gotten any better than an U21 team to be fair it is a bit late in the day to attract any prem/championship team down here when they have all their plans put in place.
Oh well maybe next time when the manager quits a couple of weeks after the season ends, the club wont wait till they hire a new manager a few weeks later to then start planning some pre season games. PPPPPP |

£6 for adults and £3 for concessions. Ticket prices will rise on the day of the game by £2 Read more at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]how is it right that for a friendly game against a u21 team the club can justify upping the price by £2 on the day when the majority will buy their tickets on. |

| I can't believe the Avivas truly think this is down to Sheridan. Starnes organises friendlies and whilst the manager might give him a steer or call in a favour this has nothing to do with Sheridan and all to do with this club being run as an afterthought.
Sheridan might not be everyone's cup of tea but it shows a lack of class and loyalty to shove all the blame his way. Wankers. |

Its just another rewriting of history tactic from the avivas to paint sheridan as someone worse than fletcher was. Give it a year or two and they will start to remember him a bit more respectfully for what he achieved here. |

Sheridan might not be everyone's cup of tea but it shows a lack of class and loyalty to shove all the blame his way. Wankers. You can be sure as eggs are eggs that if as the season goes on and people like Harvey and Purrington don't make the grade, Sheridan will get the blame for ruining the progress of those players during his time here rather than any logical analysis of the Argyle youth system taking place. Some are already blaming the bloke for the lack of permanent signings [apparently overspending last years budget which is demonstrably untrue if the words of Starnes towards the end of last season are to be believed] made by Adams when it's as plain as punch that the loan system is basically going to be the MO under the present regime. There seems to be a sort of delusion taking place with some supporters in which all problems are projected on to the previous manager which is very worrying for those of us who believe that far deeper issues are in play. |
