Seconded.If Andy's reason for leaving is a lack of pay for about 6 months,then who can blame him? If it isn't,well good luck to him anyway,i would imagine that many employers offer better prospects all round than Argyle right now.

Hats off to the fella for sticking with it that long with no pay. Takes a helluva lot of loyalty.
Worringly though it is an indication that there's no sign of improvement on the horizon. More staff to leave shortly?
