| So who do you think will win The fight between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao next week?
My money is on a dull fight and a Mayweather points victory. |

| Easy win for Mayweather. But this fight should have happened 5 years ago and they should now be on their 3rd rematch. |

| I feel sorry for all the Sky subscribers who are going to pay, not sure what the actual fee is, but something like £16 to watch the fight live. Christ, what if it's over in the first 30 seconds? Highly unlikely I know considering who's fighting. Do you get any money back? |

i imagine they will try and milk 3 fights out of this in anycase but you are right that it should of happend sooner. Would hsve been a far better fight then. |

| Two massive reputations. Biggest money-earning fight in history. Neither man will want to lose.
Mayweather is the older man and better boxer. He'll stylishly try to stay out of the dirty inside stuff. Pacquaio is an slightly younger old war horse who'll be desperate to get in close and rough him up. Lots of one going backwards and the other forwards. Some dodgy judging at the end and a draw leaving both men with records intact, reputations a bit battered and lots of bad-mouthing from both sides with a re-match grossing even more money next time.
16/1 the draw. That's my shout. |

| Brain says Mayweather.. Heart wants Manny.
$100 on PPV here.
Manny's "security guy" is someone I know from my kids school. A great guy, for his sake, I hope his boss and countryman wins!
As someone who I think knows his boxing, I would be very interested to know EJH's views on this fight. |

Totally agree. People are getting so excited over it, it kinda depresses me how this never happened in 2008/09 at 140lbs. That would have been explosive! Floyd played his hand well, letting Pacquiao grow older and moving the fight up a weight division. I think the smart money is on May weather points victory for sure. |

Sadly I don't watch much boxing anymore since my beloved Setanta folded. So please bear in mind my views are not exactly informed as I haven't seen either fighter live in about 5 years. Since Pac battered De La Hoya possibly. |

Mayweather is far too vain to see to sacrifice an unbeaten career for a payday. He's already the richest bloke in sports. He is doing this fight because he cleaned up 5 weight divisions whilst carefully tiptoeing around Pacquiao and making a hundred excuses. The fans, the writers, the media, and boxing historians will never look at him as a dominant 5 weight champion until he beats the man who could have taken him in three of those weights! Floyd's ego desperately craves the respect he feels he deserves. A win tonight elevates him to one of the very all time greats. That is what he is coming for. |

| I've got plenty of links to watch the fight, albeit, err hum, a tad illegally, however, I may have my blonde hat on, but would the feed be encrypted seeing as it PPV? therefore the links to the streaming sites wouldn't work? |
