Ref's mistakes

I noticed recently that the England ladies team had to replay the last few minutes of a match because the ref made a mistake. Whats all that about then?
Bleedy Hell - if that becomes the norm games could last 24 hours as managers appeal ''error'' - play stopped - video checked - game restarted - game stopped - managers.......
