| Shez Finds the Ansa
ZAK Ansah has become John Sheridan’s second loan signing in two days. The 20-year-old striker is joining Argyle on loan from Charlton Athletic until the end of the season, where he will join Addicks team-mate Tareiq Holmes-Dennis.
Zak is yet to make a first-team appearance for Charlton, but has excellent grounding in football, after spending nine years as a youngster at Arsenal. He began to regularly make appearances for the Gunners' under-18s team at the age of 14, and was included in a Champions League squad against Olympiacos in 2012.
He is the son of Andy Ansah, who played for several Football League clubs, and is more widely known for appearing on Dream Team and coining the phrase ‘unbelievable tekkers’.
Having represented England at under-16 and under-17 level, Zak was called into Ghana’s under-20 squad for the 2013 Under-20 World Cup.
The pacy forward will wear the number 27 shirt during his time at Home Park. Welcome, Zak |

| Hasn't made a professional appearance (similar to Lavery when he signed) but seems to have a good youth pedigree. Hopefully he can make an impression. |

| Ghanaian youth international Zak Ansah stole the headlines by netting a treble for Charlton Athletic as they mauled Ramsgate at Southwood Stadium on Wednesday evening [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

| Went to Charlton on Saturday......so just been browsing through the programme.
In fact Ansah has scored two consecutive hat-tricks.
One as Tgwu mentions against Ramsgate in the Kent Senior Cup-Final (5-0)......the other at home against Crewe Alexandra U21's (5-1)......so he knows where the net is......you never know he might bring some goal scoring luck with him.....lets hope so. |

| So do we put him in and give Reuben a chance to lay up and get his injury sorted?
As others have said, good pedigree and knows where the net is. Let's hope he can do a job for us. |

| I've seen enough Kent Senior Cup games to not put to much store in those games - even the non league teams don't put out their first teams - and Ramsgate play in Rymans League 1 that's from what I remember level 4 of non league so level 8 (?) overall |

| If signing a young lad who has never played a league game of football in his life to spearhead a promotion challenge is the answer, what is the feckin question?
Soon you're going to have players who have represented 30+ clubs. The loan system is another nail in football's coffin. |

| The fact we got more fire power signed is a good one hopefully he will be a good singing but there is no way of knowing that atm. Not expecting anymore loan signings to come it now. |

It's the barometer of ambition, currently at about 29.5 and falling. |

| At last a potentially natural goalscorer with pace, let's hope he hits the ground running, so to speak. |
